First Haircut

This happened over Thanksgiving but my MIL had the pictures on her camera and I just got my copies. He was so cute during his haircut (given by daddy). He kept trying to put the hair back on his head and when it didn't stick there he tried to put it all over his body and under his arms. I guess he hated to see such nice hair go to waste.

Kissmisstine Again

We spent Christmas in Colorado with J's parents. Warmish weather, lots of fun and my little munchkins loved playing with the dog, the cat and their cousins too.

This is their grandpa, he volunteered to be Santa for underprivileged kids, who received donated gifts. We figured since he was already dressed up, we'd take the kids and grandma provided the presents. The kids had no clue it was their grandpa, even though it was pretty obvious to us adults. R told me Santa was so nice to come all the way to Colorado to see her.

Jake made shirts for everyone and got L some diaper cream that he found in a dollar store. Nice name huh?

Who has the overprotective mom who made her wear a coat even though it wasn't that cold? I can't help myself.

Thanks to Zio and Zia for the awesome Toy Story RV, he LOVES it.

We had snow....

We had some snow, but it didn't last. And you know what? I am glad. I love the first snow, but I don't love when it never goes away. This is perfect, now we can have some fresh, clean snow next week. Plus, it was actually almost 60 degrees at one point today. Can't beat a warm spell in December.
We are SO excited for Christmas this year. It makes me giddy to see R talk about Santa and how she wonders if she is on the nice list. It is priceless to have a kid that believes in Santa. Let's see how long this will last though because she is a very good detective and makes it very difficult to sneak delivered boxes from the door and hide gifts around the house. If I ever can't find something R can always tell me exactly where it is. She takes inventory of everything and never forgets what we have and where we keep it. Wish me luck not to ruin things. I think I need to step it up a notch.
Here are some recent pictures of our goings on....Happy Holidays!

J TURNED 29! R is always the candle blowing helper.
