3 Years

I could never have hoped to have had a more wonderful little girl than my sweet R. She has brought me joy and happiness for every day that she has been in my life. She is always on the go, ready for an adventure and tells her family that she loves them everyday. She is my little spark plug and I wouldn't change a thing about her. Happy Birthday my Broccolina!

What a week...

So here is our fun week in a nut shell. My mom came to stay for a week, we went to the Aquarium for R's birthday, we took the train to Salt Lake for a shopping trip (she loves the train), we went to the zoo and went to the children's museum. I wanted her to have a really fun birthday week and I had a lot of fun too. My sister left us on Friday and will be back in the fall and my mom left on Saturday. L is nearly crawling and eating like a champ!

R's Birthday

My sweet girl turned 3! She wanted to go to the zoo so badly on her birthday and we checked the weather which said it was going to rain in the afternoon, so we woke up early to hurry there only to be caught in a big rain storm. We did have a plan B which was to go to the aquarium. It was cool, they had penguins, piranhas and turtles to see, and sting rays that you could pet. It was still no zoo but pretty fun. I made R zoo animal cupcakes which didn't really fit in with the whole aquarium thing but they were still cute. My mom came the day before her birthday and stayed for a week. I love having my mom visit! She is the best.
